{Hydromethanolic extracts of Nigeria variety of unripe Musa sapientum peel and pulp were subjected to phytonutrient gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) investigation and proximate and mineral content analysis. Moreover, this study also aims to propose a new method to differentiate isolated proximate components and minerals. GC-MS characterized eight main physiochemical each and additionally identified 16 and 13 fragments associated with peels and pulps respectively. Our results proved varietal differences in the nutritional values of unripe and ripe peels and pulps ordered: unripe peel > unripe pulp > ripe peel > ripe pulp respectively in descending order with respective concentration: 300.63 > 280.12 > 151.92 > 146.22. Interestingly, harmonic mean analysis postulated also varietal differences in the overall distribution of mineral contents thus: unripe peel > ripe peel > unripe pulp > ripe pulp; while proximate compositions as: ripe peel > unripe pulp > ripe pulp > unripe peel in descending order with respective concentrations 8.45> 7.59 >7.58> 2.48; and 4.24 > 3.57>3.23 >2.63 respectively, which highlighted efficacy and superiority of the different parts and types of the fruit in their food-medicine promoting properties. Our result justifies scientifically the existence of different important compounds in unripe Musa sapientum peels and pulps that may be responsible for medicinal actions against specific major disorders of interest.}

{Globally elimination of HCV is a major challenge to reduce the burden of this deadly virus. Chronic Hepatitis C can increase the risk for certain types of cancers. To minimize the burden of HCV World Health Organization (WHO) set a goal in May 2016 for the elimination of HCV by the end of 2030. The principle aim of this project is to minimize the 80% per annual new infection and 65% turn down the mortality ratio. For the treatment of HCV the development of all the interferon based drugs like direct-acting antivirals (DAAs) is particularly available with low prices in the developed countries. Its true that DAAs are major contributor to control the global burden but many limitations of medication make the expansion of a prophylactic vaccine requisite to attain the goal. Before the progression of liver infection mostly HCV infection is asymptomatic, and the HCV screening is not efficient in all the countries that are the reasons a number of individuals are not detected with HCV infection. }

{This study aims at Inhibition of 1l3P, Functional Domain of the Major Grass Pollen Allergen Phl p 5b. Over 20% of the number of inhabitants in modern nations experience the ill effects of occasional unfavorably susceptible rhinitis, ordinarily known as hay fever, and the allergens are most of the time proteins from pollen of grasses, trees, and weeds. Pollen is the most widely recognized allergen causing occasional unfavorably susceptible rhinitis. Group 5 allergens are considered as most continuous and powerful grass pollen allergens that, as a result of the discharge in the form of very small dust particles can be inhaled and are embroiled in asthma assaults. Phlp 5b (got from the Phleum pratense, timothy grass) is considered one of the most applicable of these small particles and can causes hypersensitivities in many sensitive patients. Pharmacophore models are for the most part evolved to improve molecular understanding of ligandligand interactions and can be utilized as an apparatus to distinguish novel aggravates that satisfy the pharmacophore prerequisites and have a high likelihood of being biologically active. We described here the structural analysis of phlp5b followed by pharmacophore designing, virtual screening and lead optimization. }
